• When you register for Show My Homework, we ask for information such as your name, school name, and email address.
• Teacher Centric uses collected information for the following general purposes: products and services provision, billing, identification and authentication, services improvement, contact, and research.

• A cookie is a small amount of data, which often includes an anonymous unique identifier, that is sent to your browser from a web site's computer and stored on your computer's hard drive.
• Cookies are required to use the Teacher Centric service.
• We use cookies to record current session information, but do not use permanent cookies.

EMAIL POLICY

We do not send out unsolicited e-mails. We do send emails to users who have signed up for an account. All users can remove themselves from our email notifications at any time. We will NEVER pass on email addresses, telephone numbers, or Credit Card details to any third party. Refer to paragraph 1 of this Privacy Policy for more information.

DATA STORAGE

Teacher Centric uses third party vendors and hosting partners to provide the necessary hardware, software, networking, storage, and related technology required to run Show My Homework. Teacher Centric owns the code, databases, and all rights to the Show My Homework application, as well as the rights to your data.

DISCLOSURE

Teacher Centric may disclose personally identifiable information under special circumstances, such as to comply with subpoenas or when your actions violate the Terms of Service.

CHANGES

Teacher Centric may periodically update this policy. We will notify you about significant changes in the way we treat personal information by sending a notice to the primary email address specified in your Show My Homework account or by placing a prominent notice on our site.
